All managers care about are activity metrics. Quotas keep increasing while bookings-to-quota are decreasing. There have been many rounds of layoffs in the past 2-3 years.

Our product focus constantly changed, name changed and more. The people I worked with were great, but the leadership was obviously lacking as they didn't know what direction they wanted to go.
