Leadership was never inline with eachother, always changing territories and having accounts stolen by outside sales reps just because they wanted the accounts rather than based on a hard fast rule. Very toxic environment, with fear tactics by upper management.

When I originally started under previous leadership, it was an open, and transparent but since new leadership from RedHat has taken over it’s been toxic
