Great products and market fit. Culture is plagued with a lot of turnover. Not well known in USA . Success depends a lot on what accounts you are given, and in which territory. Many accounts have had a lot of turnover and reps. If you can look past the turnover and are willing to hustle and grind, you can make it anywhere, including SUSE.

Equity firm owned and as usual, make poor decisions based on lack of product and market knowledge. Leadership is junior level and micromanagement is common theme.
