Experience is very positive and company continues to grow. A few redundancies around our recent acquisition but we are the global market leader and outlook is bright.

Overall not great but not bad. They do provide extensive training but minimal support once you are on your own. Not diverse so I felt separated from the group. Pay was okay but OTE was not obtainable unless you were top 10 of 100. Benefits were meh. Lots of micromanagement.

A lot has changed over the years, but the outlook for Syndigo hasn't been better. Great team with great leaders in place.

Product is a great fit in the market, Syndigo is certainly an industry leader. Lots of leadership turnover, which results in lots of changes for comp plans and GTM strategy. Alignment between teams could use improvement as well. Overall it's a great place to work, but compensation is lower than other software companies in similar markets.
