Leadership changes caused a disconnect between board direction and market reality. The people are great, but being tasked with doing more with less every day. The ceo cut teams, cut employee perks, and destroyed the culture. Sysdig has a strong product but failed to deliver enhancements in a timely manner, casing a decline in sales.

My overall experience was positive. The comment I would make is the high level of monitoring different sales related activities. Probably a little bit too much emphasize on details than on results.
