Former Employee TD Bank offers a supportive environment with excellent managers and a diverse team that encourages professional growth. The educational resources are strong, and early-career reps have plenty of opportunities to network and learn from others. That said, top-down decisions around aggressive quotas created pressure that led to public scandals—customers were often signed up for products without consent. While the branch had steady foot traffic and many products offered real financial benefits, widespread mistrust made selling difficult. Despite strong effort and training, very few reps at my location consistently hit their targets due to eroded customer confidence.
