They are hiring SDRs but it's not true SDR - you just go into training then become an SDR. Full sales cycle and can take 6-12 months to land one deal (one person starting a job). The leadership in my office is absolutely amazing and the people who work here are also great people. Takes on average 8 months to see you first bit of commission but the base pay helps a lot.
