As an account manager, it's essentially a glorified SDR role. Hunting, outreach, negotiation and closing and client management. No leads. They are hiring SDRs but it's not true SDR - you just go into training then become an SDR. Full sales cycle and can take 6-12 months to land one deal (one person starting a job). Tons of competition and traditional staffing is a dying industry.

Base salary is not livable. Great opportunity for someone looking for excellent training within entry IT sales. Takes about 2-3 years to really get on your feet which they will never tell you from the jump. A lot of things with this job are out of your control which is not always fun.

Multi presidents club winner. Good out of college, maybe not seasoned professional. Far too many internal meetings. Policies that are highly suspect + high variability of success (but can reach high pay). Little behind in the times but far ahead of their competition (absolute trash). Great training.
