My experience was good. Great training and great culture. Newer sellers struggle to success because we are aligned to customers with little to no spend. This is a great place to learn but don’t expect to see success early in the role.

TEKsystems has been a great company to work for with a huge sense of job security. Great base pay right out of college and an amazing SDR program. The leadership in my office is absolutely amazing and the people who work here are also great people. Takes on average 8 months to see you first bit of commission but the base pay helps a lot. People make insane money here...Read More
