Base salary is not livable. Great opportunity for someone looking for excellent training within entry IT sales. Takes about 2-3 years to really get on your feet which they will never tell you from the jump. A lot of things with this job are out of your control which is not always fun.

TEKsystems has been a great company to work for with a huge sense of job security. Great base pay right out of college and an amazing SDR program. The leadership in my office is absolutely amazing and the people who work here are also great people. Takes on average 8 months to see you first bit of commission but the base pay helps a lot.
