My experience at TIBCO was fantastic! I had an amazing team, great management and culture, and a competitive comp structure. I would absolutely have stayed there long term. The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is that after it was merged with Citrix and renamed to Cloud Software group, the culture changed significantly and our entire mid market team was laid off due to restructuring. It’s a shame it went that way, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
