Overall my personal experience has been great at TFB. Base pay is lower than I would want it to be honest, but tti makes up for it. Retail stores send leads to SMB and we get an active base to call and upsell, but it is majorly focused on new logo accounts. I have had a good experience and my territory worked out great for me there are many people who leave after their ramp period and that do struggle.

Great company culture, process and systems lag competitors. Gtm model is inefficient. Leadership drives strategic sales teams like SMB at times.

Leads are not good enough from marketing team. Could be better. Overall though potential to make 200k-300k. Got promoted for performance, the more work you put the more money. Territory could be great or it could be really bad
