Former Employee My overall experience at T-Mobile as a retail sales associate was a mix of highs and lows. The vibrant team culture, solid training, and uncapped commissions with some hitting over $60,000 a year drove my success. Supportive managers made it enjoyable, but intense, sales pressure and long hours were tough. Inconsistent customer traffic often made quotas feel out of reach leading to stress. Work life balance dependent heavily on store management and location. Overall, it’s rewarding for driven sales people, but demanding, with challenges tied to meeting, aggressive targets.
