T-Mobile is a great company, however, there is a lot of access drama within the organization, making it hard to align with organizational goals, and hit monthly quotas.

SDR team was relatively new when I worked there. 1 week of training, but then individual SDR teams had different SOPs based on the team manager. Was largely up to individual SDR to set strategy.

It has been decent, heavy pressure from direct manager to force deals when they aren't ready degrading the CX.
