T-mobile itself is a great market fit, amazing service, great prices, and amazing promotions. So when it comes to selling there is always someone willing to buy. In terms of learning and development it depends on the store you’re located at and the sales style of your manager and team. Which can be a good or bad thing.

Great network and technology. Product portfolio is large enough to work around multiple solutions. Many great leaders and some are not. Base salary is lower than competitors, but attractive incentive compensation plan.
