External hires being paid 40k-100k more and live in much smaller markets - with a central SF comp team covering 30k+ sellers no room/very little room to negotiate. Current Employee2.7May 30, 2024Its a tough environment to sell in right now for a lot of firms. Overall Tableau is just becoming salesforce, very KPI driven and your ability to advance is directly tied to whether you have a good territory or not. Most of the people are pleasant to work with.
