Tacton has an unbelievable product and some of the world's best CPQ & manufacturing SME talent. It is an extremely complex, competitive sales cycle that can take a long time. Tacton has so much potential to be great, however, it is challenging for the majority of AE's to be successful. It definitely requires the rolling up of the sleeves and leaning into the fact that it's going to be hard work to succeed. I have hope for tacton, but I've seen many experienced AE's try and fail.

Leadership is non-existent, no promotional paths, or enablement, little to no diversity, product is pigeonholed in a niche ‘complex manufacturing’ space.
