Good opportunity to work large accounts and get over your number depending on the territory. Management/leadership is a big problem and has affected the culture here. Reps are leaving that are tired of hyper-political leadership and comp structure that are making it increasingly hard to make your OTE. Product is good but extremely complex and is losing its competitive advantage.

I found Tanium to be a solid company but account assignment is the key factor in determining success here. You need accounts with over 50,000 endpoints and with challenges Tanium can address.
