Current Employee This position is heavily centered around outbound prospecting, with a strict benchmark of booking a minimum of 10 demos per month just to stay in good standing. Otherwise, you're riding the boat solo with outbound and zero inbound. The environment is fast-paced and super stressful, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics. Micromanagement is prevalent, despite efforts to project a supportive culture which realistically isn't the case. Additionally, the role encompasses responsibilities well beyond a typical 360° position, effectively requiring you to juggle the work of multiple roles at once.
