Former Employee During my probation period, I found that the onboarding process was quite rushed. While all the essential information was technically covered, there was little opportunity to fully absorb or apply what was presented. Enablement for sales specifically was lacking—I did not receive the training or resources necessary to be effective in my role, and often had to rely on colleagues to find answers.
My peers were friendly and supportive, which made the day-to-day work environment pleasant. However, there were no clear targets or goals communicated regarding what was needed to successfully pass probation, leading to uncertainty and stress.
In summary, while the team itself was welcoming, the onboarding was hurried and did not provide the depth needed for success in sales. The absence of enablement and clear expectations left me feeling ill-equipped during a crucial period. Browse Other Reviews
