Freedom to operate, great product to sell, need to be a self-starter to succeed here. Year 2+ is where you really can make money, year 1 you get a ramp multiplier, only commissioned on recognized revenue. Steep learning curve.

Company has no clear direction. They are changing management every year with no clear focus where they want to be. The high level of micromanagement. People are not set for successes. They keep trying to apply the US strategy to EMEA which clearly do no work. No transparency!
