This is a great company to work for, if you are in the right market segment. There are certain products, which are high priority for the company, that are very difficult to sell in less mature markets.

Overall the company is acquiring so much bad tech that is hurting the brand. Leadership is great but also hard to predict. Not immune to layoffs but that is all of tech right now. Overall solid company but could be better in almost every way.

Good overall. Good product for Mid Market and some enterprises. However the strategy is becoming to overwhelming and leads to product confusion.

Upper management is blind to what really works on the sales floor. They only look at numbers and not what unique skills individuals bring. They use some scare tactics to drive selling. Having said that, product is still in demand and always get the tech wins. Channel is great and drives business but growth isn't taken seriously.
