Overall the company is acquiring so much bad tech that is hurting the brand. Leadership is great but also hard to predict. Not immune to layoffs but that is all of tech right now. Overall solid company but could be better in almost every way.

Definitely good compensation here, good people in R&D, marketing and some other areas, however you can get screwed here as they manage thos company by spreadsheet. You can make platinum club but if they RIF you, so sorry. You can learn a lot here just make sure you know you will be gone in two years. They screw people on commissions regularly
