Current Employee Number of internal processes have been added in past year that make it more difficult on AE/CSM teams to do their jobs. Tenable has a phenomenal presence in the market but Market Team itself is 3-4 years behind on updating a number of things.
Worst thing has been internal leadership between the lack of transparency and no clear vision in regards to where they are taking the company and the product itself. Middle management has started micro-managing every step of the sales cycle which has increased pressure on reps.
Company has gone down hill substantially since joining.
