Base compensation is the best thing they have to offer, and that is not worth all the bullying that they out you through. Awful and very unprofessional work place.

Approach everything you’re shown during the interview and onboarding with caution. The compensation plan is revealed only AFTER you have worked there for a month and are assigned a project. they can fire you with absolutely no warning, nothing. Be prepared for every single meeting you have internally. Trust no one. record everything.
