Current Employee Approach everything you’re shown during the interview and onboarding with caution. The compensation plan is revealed only AFTER you have worked there for a month and are assigned a project. For the first one to three months you work in a support role with no chance to earn commission. Whether you ever move into a commission-eligible seat is mostly luck—if a spot opens on your initial project you start earning, otherwise you get reassigned and wait even longer.
Once you do qualify, commission is capped at $1,500 per month on an all-or-nothing basis: you must set 12–15 completed meetings and have 5–8 of them convert to opportunities or you receive no payout, even though conversion is outside your control. Training consists of a PDF with scripts, the contact data is old and heavily recycled, and while the dialer looks impressive, making 500 calls a day to reach 25 people, many of whom left the company before COVID, quickly wears thin.
