Former Employee The administrative work for completing a deal is high, this slows down the sales process quite a bit, especially over the first year. Commission potential is high, but weighted significantly towards Q4, as you approach 100% to Annual Quota. The suite of solutions is quite expansive, and requires a lot of learning. Given that the initial portion of training is only 4 weeks, and then you hold a quota, it would be nice if there was some amount of ramp. However, this is somewhat balanced by the 75k base you receive at the SE level.
Overall, this is a good company, I would just say that the sales org is less forgiving to new hires than others ive worked for. You need to learn very quickly in order to thrive.
FYI, there are a lot of great people that work here. Browse Other Reviews
