Fantastic place to grow, unfortunately leadership changes and company focus have moved in the wrong direction. losing lots of top talent for many reasons. Once a great place to be, now just a place to get a check and hope you get a good patch if you want to hit quota.

We have undergone a number of executive leadership changes that has changed the culture significantly, which has resulted in high turnover and lower customer satisfaction.
