I navigated the company for a mid/level sales and account management role, to a sales role on an elite group of accounts. OTE could go from 120K-200K depending on the market and products. I was grateful for the 120 when I started, but felt the 200K (and the opp to achieve) was weak for servicing elite global accounts. Otherwise great benefits, pretty good people. Can be a mess a to navigate the company as it has many acquisitions that have not fully integrated. I would work here again.

Solid company but does not a lot of room for growth past a particular stage, they tend to build comp plans that are top-heavy and hard to achieve

Very poorly run organization with next to no reps hitting quota. Decent product but highly comoettitve
