Overall experience with this company (Westlaw specifically) is that they put in as little as possible while expecting the world. Six months after starting with the company (while having no direct manager in place) the job was turned on its head. No explanation for the changes and increased quota. Would never have accepted the position if I was presented the opportunity with the changes. Add in that the manger that was eventually installed had no problem eschewing all ethics and it was an easy decision to leave. Reps are a number, that’s all.

Payout rate is low until you get into accelerator. Also have to sell renewal agreements

In México the culture Is toxic. First a massive layoff, Brazil took all the control. HR has a lot of compliants for rude management. They prefer fire you thank solve the management problem. All the heads were colocated for the director. Nepotism, if you can skip work here, do It.
