In México the culture Is toxic. First a massive layoff, Brazil took all the control. HR has a lot of compliants for rude management. They prefer fire you thank solve the management problem. All the heads were colocated for the director. Nepotism, if you can skip work here, do It.

I navigated the company for a mid/level sales and account management role, to a sales role on an elite group of accounts. OTE could go from 120K-200K depending on the market and products. Very volatile position with high turnover. They have cut the compensation plan pretty significantly over the years, and have essentially doubled quota for the same OTE. Product market fit is strong, but many customers are leaving due to increasing costs.
