Current Employee Very volatile position with high turnover. They have cut the compensation plan pretty significantly over the years, and have essentially doubled quota for the same OTE. Product market fit is strong, but many customers are leaving due to increasing costs. Internally, support roles and teams (BDR’s, SDR’s, etc) are disorganized and not very effective nor helpful. Leadership is a bit too focused on DEI, and not focused enough on incentivizing and taking care of the reps. Leadership also tends to micromanage with recording and listening to all of your calls, hyper fixating on KPIs, and filling your calendar with pointless meetings and trainings. Browse Other Reviews
