Former Employee Used to be a great place to sell with truly world class leaders. I learned so much from them. Change of the guard over the last 9 months has been brutal. I’d estimate a 70% turnover in sales North America reps. All leadership is gone. Im not exaggerating - every sales leader in NA has left in the last 6 months. The only person still here is the CRO and he’s just meh. New CEO is an absolute menace and what has accelerated the exodus. Things were getting bad but now it’s just impossible to work here. Product is so hard to sell for a lot of reasons.
Would not recommend joining unless you are getting a solid territory of existing customers who are not sold out. If you are getting a greenfield territory walk away. Sales cycles are really long and if you’re starting from scratch expect goose eggs for your first 2-3 quarters minimum.
