My first Team Leader was probably the best leader/manager I've ever experienced. Unfortunately when this leader left the sales channel, they were replaced with the exact opposite. The culture shifted from having a proactive mindset, to a reactive mindset. This led to a lot of tenure that had previously turned down leaving the team move onto other roles. It went from having a vibrant team focused on building each other up, to individuals looking out for themselves to keep themselves hitting target. Once amazing now toxic. Don't apply, for the SDR/Demand Gen SSC.

Cool company, solid product offerings. Management has gotten worst and worst. Pay structure is over 200% less than when I started and is continuing to get worse. They need to start paying people and making quota more attainable or they are going to lose people in mass.
