Cool company, solid product offerings. Management has gotten worst and worst. Pay structure is over 200% less than when I started and is continuing to get worse. They need to start paying people and making quota more attainable or they are going to lose people in mass.

Great experience for people just getting out of college and finding their groove but it gets to a point where you don’t learn or earn anymore. Not a high enough ceiling and they changed the comp and how we get paid

Commission structure was achievable but leadership was becoming toxic before I left with stricter KPIs and less care about quality over quantity which didn’t align with my approach.
