Very spammy and cheap tactics that don't work and just anger clients, boiler room. management hasn't sold in years so recommend cheap tactics. Terrible commission and bad SDR -> AE funnel. Training was decent. There are better companies to start your career with.

Don’t even get paid ANY commission unless you meet 50% to target. Which is always changing every month. POS sales director with used car sales experience.
