Very low pay for how much work and grind you have to do in the role, misleading salary expectations. Very spammy and cheap tactics that don't work and just anger clients, boiler room. management hasn't sold in years so recommend cheap tactics. Terrible commission and bad SDR -> AE funnel. Training was decent. There are better companies to start your career with.

Commission cut by 60% in 2024. Churn is high, clients usually don't stay even 6 months.

Sadly it is a great company to work for. Culture is great, comradery is excellent, but the new commission plan is horrifical. Our commission has been cut but 200% cutting our over OTE decreased by 30-50%. There are people leaving and people looking. Their goal from years past rumor's is to go to a inbound call center environment only.
