Current Employee Honestly... a really bad company to move to. Snakeoil, MLM, boiler room, confusion are all fantastic adjectives to describe this company as.
Let's start with the position: a glorified SDR with partial AE responsibilities as well as AM/CS, where you juggle all this and source 100% your own leads for deal sizes that are embarrassing. Then to wrap it up they put it in a guise of a *business advisor* with ZERO actual platform software training.
Absolutely no transparency in anything - even comp wasn't touched on until past a MONTH into training. When asked "they couldn't say anything quite yet". Senior managers making vague threats. Yes man mentality. Weird cultish training videos. Truly disappointing.
Do NOT leave your current position in tech sales for this job - you are NOT an AE like they promise - they have a separate team for that.
Steer away and do not make the mistake - please.
Embarrassing benefits honestly - better ones at mcdonalds! 1% 401k match ANNUALLY after 1 year. Health insurance plans that will cost you over a third of your check. PTO policy that shames you for needing to take it.
