Biggest issue is quota changes and bad leadership on the inbound channel. No promotions, quota inconsistent, director will not communicate with sales reps. Sloppy roll outs, not a long term career at all.

Low pay, saturated market. Leadership young and inexperienced. The good ones get moved to territories they want. High churn because of the pay. Will most likely go under by 2026.

My experience involves the lack growth opportunities. The base pay was terrible. The OTE was not terrible for the remote job.

Commission structure was achievable but leadership was becoming toxic before I left with stricter KPIs and less care about quality over quantity which didn’t align with my approach.
