Commission structure was achievable but leadership was becoming toxic before I left with stricter KPIs and less care about quality over quantity which didn’t align with my approach.

Biggest issue is quota changes and bad leadership on the inbound channel. No promotions, quota inconsistent, director will not communicate with sales reps. Sloppy roll outs, not a long term career at all.

My experience involves the lack growth opportunities. The base pay was terrible. The OTE was not terrible for the remote job.

Working at Thryv is good. It was way better years ago but since old leadership has left it seems like we don’t know what direction we’re going in and are constantly asked to focus on different things quarter by quarter. Certainly a good starter job to get into sales.
