It was a great place to learn sales skills and really develop as a sales rep, but it wasn’t a great place to make a ton of money or to grow your career into a manager

Pro - remote. Vehicle reimbursement. Encourages professional networking like BNI/Chamber but not mandatory. Digital Marketing consulting to SMBs, if expectations are set properly, is very rewarding. Cons - the “highs” are high but the “lows” are very very low. If you are in a sales slump a living wage is unattainable. No 401k matching. Product Market fit is way off...Read More

Working at Thryv is good. It was way better years ago but since old leadership has left it seems like we don’t know what direction we’re going in and are constantly asked to focus on different things quarter by quarter. Certainly a good starter job to get into sales.
