Loved the people! If you hit your target more than two quarters in a row, they raise it and you’ll hardly ever hit again. That will be used against you when trying to get a raise, so you’re essentially punished for being a strong performer.

Leadership since the reorg in spring is absolutely unbearable. Lots of fear based leadership, constant threats that you will be fired if you don't hit your number, and an incredibly negative culture.

constant reorgs, sales managers don't really help. internal team dynamics issues. One quarter missing can be enough to be put on a PIP or severance deal.
