It was a great experience working with Tipalti but they have a cultural problem as they seem ti have an idea of what culture they want to attain but are unable to do so. This leads to them overhiring people which eventually leads to them letting go of people really fast.

Think company has recently made some really good changes to help sell tipalti. Commission structures payouts are a little wonky, but new upfront prepaid pricing should help with this.
