Decent culture if you're a team player and have a positive attitude. Some SDR managers are straight useless, however i'm sure that's a common theme across other tech companies. Lots of great tools and benefits (free in-office lunch, paid phone and internet bill) provided to set you up for success. However, the market its in is saturated and competitors are indeed catching up. Getting harder to differentiate Tipalti.

Great for mass payments, overhyped for procurement, far behind on expenses, and not as good as they used to be for AP. Competitors are getting ahead and taking revenue off the table from Tipalti
