Great org to improve mid market sales experience and close very large deal sizes. Onboarding and ramping customers remains a bit of a challenge as the rest of the org aims to keep up with new customer acquisition.

Get your options vested and leave. They expect partners to refer consistently without ever giving anything back.. Marketing and org alignment is disjointed. Hopefully the new CSO brings about a lot of changes.
