promotion was false. upper leadership looked down on SDR's. Especially those not hitting quota.. which was 85% of the team..

Great leadership at the time, since I left a lot has changed and I can't speak for current leadership or sales... reps who work smart, don't complain about things out of their control and focus on positive actions hit and exceeded quotas consistently. Good inbound lead flow, and good UK office culture + cross department collaboration
