Territory is very important. If you're in a good territory with growing restaurants, you're setup for success. There are bad territory's, with low GPV accounts and low growth.

Great experience thus far as a new SMB rep! I am on a great team with an amazing product market fit and territory. Quota seems attainable and OTE is great though starting base pay could be higher.
