The compensation structure is set up for you to make residual income on credit card margins which is a large part of your comp going past your 1st year. Most reps hit OTE and the product is top notch. Great culture, but need to be ready to work hard and be a leader in your market to drive inbounds and referrals

Current Employee3.9May 3, 2025It’s always going to come down to the team you’re on. Our manager went on maternity leave for 8 months last year, and is going again this year, and has failed to adapt to the company changes, and leading from the front since they are going to be gone again.
