Current Employee3.9Sep 9, 2025My overall experience at Toast has been wonderful. I am concerned that if changes are not made to address rising quota that this org culture and leadership will change. I do know conversations are taking place to address Quota and see how to make it more attainable so that closer to 80% of the org is hitting.
