My overall experience at Toast has been wonderful. I am concerned that if changes are not made to address rising quota that this org culture and leadership will change. I do know conversations are taking place to address Quota and see how to make it more attainable so that closer to 80% of the org is hitting.

Segmented the teams too much. I have multiple teams now selling in my territory which has led to my inbounds decreasing drastically.

One of the best corporate sales orgs you can find. Product is fantastic, sales enablement is the best i've seen, and management is full of talented and genuine people across the growth org. Quotas are aggressive, however, and you will need to work very hard to reach them but if you can, comp plans are among the best anywhere.
